Ask these questions to yourself and even if you think you are falling in one of the category, why dont you try something different today - from the minute you read this post to the next day, just try it.

1. Do you really like what you say towards people out of anger, rage? Count 1 to 10 before you yell, if that doesn’t help count 1 to 20, increase the number until you are tired.
2. People are mean to you and very mean and you didn’t really do anything wrong? wrong at all? If you have then say sorry dont grow a poison tree and if you haven’t been mean then forgive them as they dont know what they speak.
3. You are depressed and are you trying to blame others for it? DONT. There is that extra 20 pounds on your body - go and exercise now!
4. I believe that you will not be swearing towards your kids or what if your kid swears at you? Bad and foul words are bad and foul and if you have brains you will not be using that. If your kids misbehave - ground them, no TV for a week.
5. Silence is golden, silence speaks truth, truth doesn’t have version and so is silence. When is the last time your speakers below your nose is turned off?
6. Do you write in left hand or right hand? Have you ever tried writing in the other? Scribble.
7. When is the last time you watched your breathe? I am not talking about the refreshner - talking about taking deep breathe Innnnnn - outttttttt - I guess probably when you met your doc last time. Focus on your Oxy.
8. Tell me this, is there anything you can really afford to get now that you thought you wanted at times?, why wait - go get it.
9. You assume you are nice, friendly, caring, entertaining, romantic, understanding and humble - yes you are correct, I know you are.
10. You think that you are not? Hmmm, I dont think so, its all situation and circumstances you know? you know what I mean. Break the patterns first on your everyday routines, routine fights, routine arguements, if you are silent person - why not try to talk today? and you talk too much - then why not give a break - just for day - just for 24 hrs - B+
11. At the age of 90+ when you think back don’t repent, live happily, stay quiet, healthy and friendly right away. What did you say, you are 90 already? then you definitely are young and a technorat.

If you kiss her often, she yells that you are taking advantage
If you stare at another woman, she accuses you of flirting
If she is stared by other men, she says that they a just admiring
If you talk, she wants you to listen
If you listen, she wants you to talk

So simple, yet so complex
So weak, yet so powerful
